Every year tens of thousands of Americans pass one American flag around the country in honor of our Armed Forces members - Past, Present, and Fallen. This is the Patriot Tour and it’s run by a Federally recognized nonprofit org. called “The Nation of Patriots” - www.nationofpatriots.org

We were just able to obtain these pictures from the launch of the 2011 Patriot Tour.  Founder of the Nation of Patriots - Bill Sherer, rides the flag from Wisconsin HD to Woodstock HD in IL to pass it to Dave Hume, the Illinois Flag Bearer 2 years in a row!! 

The last few pics are of the flag arriving via Dave and his riders from IL in Elkhart IN rolling into Hoosier HD. Looking good Dave!

Nation of Patriots

These photos are from Jim Banakus out of Santa Maria Harley-Davidson in California.  For the second consecutive year Jim and his crew have really gone all out and completely grasped the concept of what the Patriot Tour really is.  They are proud Patriots and we’re extremely honored to be able to work with them.

These are official Proclamations from the Mayor of Albuquerque NM and the Governor of NM stating that July 22nd and July 23rd are hereby declared Nation of Patriots Day!

This is the handy work of Tina Reeves who is quite frankly…AWESOME!  She’s been pumping up the Patriot Tour all over the state of NM, all over Facebook, and obviously all over the “official” scene!  Tina even started her own E-magazine - American Woman Riders - which serves to celebrate woman motorcycle riders all over the world!  Check out her site at www.americanwomanriders.com
